Partnership Activation Management for Barclaycard presents BST at Hyde Park and All Points East
 

Working with AEG Presents, Alive Activation has managed delivery of many campaigns at Hyde Park since 2013.. In 2018 we also supplied the Activation Management services for All Points East.

We have managed activation's for Barclaycard, Rayban, Coca Cola, Samsung,Jack Daniels, Nature Valley,Heineken, Red Bull, Amazon,Sony, Bacardi to name just a few.

American Express Members Lounge at All Points East 2019

 

We went from 'render' to 'reality' in 20 days to deliver the ultimate Amex card holders lounge and viewing platform for 120 people.The activation featured sustainable furniture made from reusable scaffold poles and boards. It featured posh loos for guests, phone charging points, table top games and a bespoke flower wall. All this made he loungethe place to be onsite at All Points Eaat. We used lovely H Vans to provide wristband exchange points in keeping with the aesthetic of the rest of the site.

The Ned Guest Area at Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time 2019

 

Working closely with the team from The Ned we developed the ultimate guest area bar and restaurant at BST 2019. The influential guests of The Ned enjoyed a private space entered via a flower arch designed to brief. Themed furnshings and dressing gave the set a cool, contemporary and comfortable feel. A bespoke lighting plan warmed the space at night.

 

The space included a main stage live stream so guests could enjoy the perfomances from the main stage from the comfort of the area.

Club Wembley Guest Area @ Hyde Park for World Cup Semi Final 2018​

 

When the English football team made it to the World Cup semi final of 2018, The Culture Secretary decided to utilise the BST Hyde Park site and info-structure as the official fan park for the UK.. Club Wembley partnered with the Royal Parks and Alive Activation were given 24 hours to deliver the Club Wembley Hosptiitality Garden.

The Garden featured covered areas with 3 giant screens showing a live feed, a branded entrance arch, reception desk are and site dressing.

Samsung  Backstage Artist Lounge at Barclaycard presents BST Hyde Park 2018

Alive Activation created a contemporary artist hang out in the artist compound at BST for Samsung.From concept to delivery Alive ensured the lounge was the ultimate place for artists to relax before their performances. The lounge included an artisan barista coffee service, two giant Samsung screens to watch World Cup football and Wimbledon tennis, plus a main stage live feed. The area was much loved by artists and Samsung.

The Tinder Garden 

Hyde Park 2017

We love a challenge and quickly swiped right at the chance to create a guest area experience for Tinder at BST Hyde Park. Working to the brief to create an area which encouraged social interaction we created the ultimate friend zone.

The area included at real flower photo wall, branded garden games, an entrance arch, and a social powered jukebox.

The area was a huge success with guests and client.

The O2 FAB ROOM 2016

We were proud to be asked to create the ultimate backstage artist bar to help The O2 celebrate their 10th Anniversary with the leaving.

 

Sited in the artist compound of Barclaycard presents British Summer Time the FAB ROOM featured a live screen, a twitter mirror, an infogram wall, a cocktail bar and artist rider pick and mix experience.

Artsits and management were invited to the area via a limited edition The O2 plectrum invite.

Design and build of all assets were handled by Alive Activation and sister company Alive Advertising Ltd.

Campaign Management - Samsung Unbox Your Tickets with AEG Presents​ 2018

 

Alive Activation was contracted by AEG to manage the delivery of the 'Unbox Your Tickets' promotion in early 2018. The multi channel promotion offered consumers a pair of tickets to a selection of events promoted by AEG and their partners.

 

Alive Activation acted as campaign lead and managed the coordination of all elements of the compaign including ticketing, marketing, PR, Sales promotion, redemption process and reporting. Alive also managed the event activaation overlay.

Amazon Tickets Activation 

BST Hyde Park 2016

The Amazon Tickets Guest area featured a green screen video and photo experience which put visitors on the great Oak Stage providing them with a once in a lifetime memento of their day.

The area was dressed to replicate a shabby chic run down fun fair. All branding,dressing and activations were handled by Alive Activation.

WWE / NXT Fan Zone

Download Festival 2016 

We utillised our own 'Heavy Metal' as the centre piece of the WWE's fanzone for the wrestling area at Download in 2016....branding a vintage Russian Missile launcher.

The NXT truck was the focal point of the fanzone which included a green screen photo belt lift activation, video gaming area, meet and greet area and video screening lounge.

Club Wembley entrance
